An SAS airliner hit Wednesday afternoon a light pole in Copenhagen Airport when the plane was on its way out on the runway to facilitate headed for Aalborg.
No people were hurt in the accident, but the plane may not be easy and will now be examined for damage, according to SAS to nordjyske.dk.
The 142 passengers in the large MD 80-passenger aircraft must instead wait to get with another airliner to Aalborg.
Unusual, but undramatic
- The exterior of the aircraft's wing tip hit a light pole, when the plane was being guided out of a so-called marshal, says press officer Trine Kromann-Mikkelsen from SAS to nordjyske.dk.
